The Caxixi or Ganza is a rattle woven from bast and filled with pebbles and seeds. In the base of the Caxixi is a gourd disc which helps provide a sharper sound. There are many different types.

Shekere
The Shekere is a guard covered with a net of pearls or seeds. It creates a rattling sound and is used by many traditional ensembles and tribes in Nigeria, Ghana and other regions. 3 sizes available:
